The weather is changing and the dark nights are setting in so it must mean autumn is here for us all.

Its my favourite time of year with long walks in the crunchy leaves and nights snuggled up on the sofa. When in actuality its struggling to get up as mornings are dark and trying to resist going to sleep at 7pm when its raining and cold and your worn out. We have all definitely been there, I love my job as a florist but one struggle is getting up for market at 5am in the autumn/winter months.

In the floristry world the flowers are changing the reds, oranges and berries are making an appearance and the summery pastle colours are fading out for the year.

Over the next few months you can expect your bouquets from us to be filled with Hypericum berries, Lisaianthus, Roses in oranges, reds and creams, calla lilys and blooms along with much much more seasonal flower. We do a range of product from DIY wraps, Hand ties in water and delicate stem vases all available to order online in the shop.

This month for Country Wedding Flowers has been a busy one with weddings. Yes wedding even with the tough guidelines there still happening, which is amazing as I love creating bridal flowers.

I have also been trying to find a way to continue with the wreath workshops in December, from tutorial videos online to zoom meeting. I will let you know when everything is in place so we can still make our beautiful Christmas wreaths.
