Flower FAQ

01. What days and hours are you open?

We are open Monday to Saturday 10 – 4 but can be reached by email and social media out of these times it may take us a few hours to reply but we will get back to you.

02. How do I contact you?

We can be contacted by phone, email, website or social media.

03. Is the packaging used eco-friendly?

We are passionate about the environment and try to use as little plastic as possible, our hand ties in water come in bio degradable plastic water bubbles so can be recycled along with the paper wrapping and string.

04. Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

Yes we will liaise with the funeral directors on a time to deliver your arrangement.

05. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within a 5 mile radius of Bs30 in Bristol. We are able to go further just get in contact to discuss.

06. Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?

Yes next day collection is available for online orders.

07. Can I pick a delivery time?

You can only state AM or PM due to the high demand of flower orders we have going out.

08. Can I get same-day delivery?

Online ordering is next day only. You can contact us by phone if you need same day but we cannot guarantee we will be able to but will try our best to help you.

09. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?

We will only leave the flowers if it is safe to do so, either in a porch, shed or with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible we will leave a calling card are rearrange delivery at a later time. Depending on the distance you may incur be an extra delivery charge.

Wedding FAQ

01. How far in advance do you need to book my wedding flowers?

As far in advance as possible to make sure you secure your wedding date.

02. Is a consultation required?

 Yes, we offer a one hour free consultation to all brides to be, we will then meet nearer your wedding date to confirm everything.

03. How do you book a consultation or contact you for my wedding?

You can get in touch through the website, email or social media.

04. Where are we located?

We are located in Bristol, and will travel to venues around the south west.

05. What should I bring to the consultation?

All the pictures you like of flowers, style and colour examples you have picked for your wedding. I.e Pinterest

06. How can I secure my wedding date?

You can secure you wedding date after you have received your quote and are happy. A £75 deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable.

07. Do you have a price list?

Pricing varies from wedding to wedding depending on flower choice and style. For a more definitive price please contact us and we can discuss this with you.

08. Do we offer wedding packages?

We don’t at present as every wedding is bespoke to each bride. We tailor your flowers to you.

09. What if you do not know exactly what type of flowers you want for your wedding?

We will discuss this during your consultation and go over all flower options available at the time utilising our extensive knowledge. .

10. What if you already know exactly what type of flowers you want you’re your wedding?

Brilliant. Bring your pictures in to the consultation and we will do everything we can to make sure they are available at the time of your wedding. (Please be mindful of the seasonality of certain flowers).

11. What happens after you receive your quote?

The quote lasts for 14 days and we will hold your date for the same time. If you wanted to secure your date a deposit is required. If we haven’t received the deposit by this time the date will become available to others.

12. What are our delivery, set up and take down fees?

This will be discussed at the consultation as each wedding and event is different.

13. What if the flowers you want are not in season?

We will look at/discuss alternatives with you that are as close to the original as possible.

14. Are there any flowers that we do not recommend for a wedding?

Not really most flowers have a place in weddings depending on the style and colour you are choosing.

15. Can you see samples of your wedding flowers?

Unfortunately not. I can show you samples of my previous work but because flowers are living I cannot get your exact flower in to make a sample of  the bouquet your wanting in advance unless of course you would be willing to pay for this to be made.

16. Do we have a wedding flower gallery you can see?

Yes we have a wedding section on our website you can look through.

17. Who do you need to provide flowers for on your wedding day?

Every wedding is different. But in most cases I would suggest a bridal bouquet, bridesmaid flowers, flowers girls and buttonholes.

18. Do we provide other services, like pew bows, rentals, runners, and favours?

We don’t provide them ourselves but we are in close contact with companies that we  can recommend that will provide this service.

19. What is our deposit policy and how do you pay your deposit?

Our deposit policy is that once paid by BACS it is non refundable if you cancel your wedding date. Your date can be transferred no problem if we have availability.

20. What venues do we work at?

We work all over the south west and can go further on request.

21. Do we provide flowers for other events besides weddings?

Yes we do lots of event flowers as well. Get in touch to enquire.
